At GGO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your playing cards. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in the original packaging

    • In the same condition as when you received them

 

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 14 days at support@ggo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized playing cards (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

 

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
